Thank GOODNESS I found Vivian! I had been going to a different lash technician for about 8 months before finding Vivian. Since the other technician is the only person I'd ever had do my lashes, I had no idea the damage that had been done due to poor technique and improper application of my extensions. Vivian was so nice, knowledgeable, and honest about the struggling condition of my lashes and gave me feedback on not only how to avoid further damage by only applying the proper length/weight to healthy lashes and not overburdening my weakened ones but also providing recommendations for lash growth serum. This was my first time getting lash extensions. That said, I have to say it was a very good experience! Vivian was very knowledgeable and educated me well on the dos and don't and how to properly care for your lashes. She has her own soap to extend the life of your lashes and giiiiirrrl it works so good! Her place was very comfortable and clean. She's very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable the whole time. It does take a big of time but if your looking for quality lashes and the perfect fit for your face then make the time ! So happy I found Vivian to do my lashes! I've gotten so many compliments on my lashes, and because of her skills and precise work, my natural lashes have never been healthier! Vivian is super friendly, professional and welcoming. She's extremely knowledgeable on the subject, I go home happy with my beautiful lashes every time after my appointment! Her studio is very clean and relaxing. She makes me feel very comfortable and safe during covid time. She's taking all the precautions very seriously. Hand sanitizer, mask, disposal bed coverings and even a phone sterilizer for her clients! You will not regret making an appointment with Vivian
