Dr. John Blenio is a pleasure to work with! I’d never tried Active Release Technique before, and while it was definitely intense, it was super effective, and Dr. Blenio was able to loosen my thoracic outlet syndrome in 7 visits (probably fewer had I discovered him earlier). Treatment also included ball rolling exercises (he gives you the ball for free) and exercises to do at home.
I’m very picky about who I welcome into my health care team, and Dr. Blenio definitely made the cut. It’s like getting a chiropractor and physical therapist rolled into one. Highly recommended!
After 6 months of plantar fasciitis in my foot which wasn't improving at all, I started seeing Dr. Blenio for some help. I'm a runner and have never gone 6 months without running, but here I was. With Dr. John's help and guidance, my foot was 70% better within 6 weeks, and I'm hopeful that I'll be 100% within another month. He is extremely knowledgeable and has been able to get me back to running faster than I would have imagined. Dr. Blenio has been treating me for issues related to scoliosis and herniated discs/injury since 2013 (I moved out of state in 2020 and still go to him when I am in town). He also successfully treated both of my sons for wrestling injuries throughout high school. I've been in chiropractic care for nearly 30 years, and he is by far one of the best. His ART and other methods are excellent and have been a key part of my health regimen. Beyond being a highly competent practitioner, he is also a wonderful human being; I cannot recommend his practice enough.
