The service technician on both occasions was Travis and he did an outstanding job diagnosing and repairing the issue. We will continue to use this company for any outstanding issues.

i don't often review but john deserves one. i had an issue with 2 burners on my stove, enough that i couldn't youtube fix it myself. john came out, already had parts ordered, confirmed his diagnosis he had partially guessed from my call and fixed it quickly. he was personable, happy to explain his work to a curious home owner (me!) and very conscientious of the clock. super trust worthy. would recommend and use him again for any of my appliances. well worth the fair fee. felt like a transaction of the past, knowledgeable, friendly, fair and efficient. many thanks john
