I owe Kaynee and his team an apology for not leaving a review sooner. My project is done and I'm renting it now for a couple of months and I finally got the time to write a yelp review. Kaynee is a very good guy and he will bend over backwards to please the customer. I do worry about his wife cause Kaynee is working all the time and replied to my emails late and night and weekends. My story starts in 2021. After being ripped off by ANOTHER architect and contractor in 2021, and losing in small claims court, I did a thorough search on the contractor licensing board to find a new one.
