This place and Ms. Viola are great. If you are looking for a great facial without totally breaking the bank this place is for you. I arrived at 5:00pm and Ms. Viola sat down and talked with me about my face and the issues I was facing. I was immediately impressed b/c she actually took the time get to know a little about me and my face before starting. Then she gave me the best soap I have ever used to wash my face! I could have walked away after just washing my face...but that was just the start. Ms. Viola then spent the next hour giving me the best facial I have ever had! This place is intimately small and run by Viola singlehandedly (therefore walk-ins are really rare), from the warm greeting at the door to the super relaxing facial. I like that the facial is really gentle but effective -- unlike some overly intrusive facials where they squeeze every last bit of dirt out of every single pore on your face, she has this tiny vacuum thing that sort of sucks all the dirt out. Afterward my face always feels freshly renewed and brighter. The products she uses and sells in the store (www.wamiles.com) are organic Japanese products made with minerals, which is easy on sensitive skin but also cleans well.
