I cannot recommend this florist enough! The service was absolutely above and beyond from start to finish. They created the most stunning bouquet I have ever seen, with such attention to detail and artistry. Their communication was excellent--they sent pictures and even a video of the bouquet before and after delivery, which was such a thoughtful touch. But when I saw it in person, I was even more blown away. The flowers were fresh and vibrant, lasting far longer than I expected. Truly an exceptional experience. And well worth the value. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

What gift do you give your 80 year old mother? Why flowers of course... my sister reached out to Lonnie at Gem Florist and asked if they would do a flower arrangement each month for a year, they set her up on a program where he delivers a beautiful bouquet of flowers every month, She lives in assisted living... Lonnie actually delivers it directly to her room and takes a picture of my mom and her smiling face ...so excited to get the flowers, he then sends the picture to my sister, so nice he goes that extra step! I highly recommend this business! When a mistake was made, they went out of the way to correct it. Came to our home and picked up the arrangements, took them to their shop and returned them with the correct flowers! Very responsive and respectful. A week later the flowers still look nice.
