I've been here twice, with an 8 year span between visits. The first time I had a terrible cough and the cough medicine the doctor recommended worked well. But he didn't charge me for the visit!
I just went in again today for a different condition and the doctor recognized me, but unfortunately couldn't promise a short term fix, and recommended surgery instead (same as my MD doc). He answer many questions from me and recommended some lifestyle changes. But again he wouldn't charge me for the visit!
He also helped my brother-in-law with some tinnitus issues and it seemed to work well.
Acupuncture by itself is a wonderful treatment. Having it by Mr. Chen gives you the best possible experience. For the past 9 months I have been suffering from a severely herniated disc in my lower back L5/S1. I started going to Mr. Chen two weeks ago and it is the only treatment that gives me instant pain relief. I had the same injury three years ago also and every visit I went into the treatment room crippled by pain and came out pain free and relaxed. This time around, I was scheduled for surgery, but with the help of Dr. Chen I am healing naturally on my own. His skill is exceptional and I'm so glad I've found this place.
