Tori Logan was absolutely amazing. She handled everything with great care and professionalism, but what truly set her apart was her kindness and patience. She understood the emotional weight my family was under due to the unexpected death of my brother. With such a heavy responsibility she held our hand through every step ensuring we felt supported and that every single detail was covered. From start to finish her assistance allowed us to lay our loved one to rest with dignity. I would highly recommend anyone contacting Grissom's Chapel and Mortuary to ask for Tori Logan for a smooth and easy process.

Hit or miss. Pros: They completed the cremation service at a fair price compared to the other vendors we looked at. They also separated the ashes into different bags for me so I could take half on the plane, which was highly appreciated. Some employees were nice on the phone, and everyone was nice in person.Cons: The majority time when I called, the employees I spoke with seemed to feel inconvenienced to be speaking with me, as if they wanted to push me off the line as soon as possible from the very start of the call. My brother died in February. Lived in SanFrancisco. I live on east coast. Grissom 's team made the process effortless. They were quick to respond, professional and kind. Remains sent across country to me. Highly recommend them. Thank you Grissom family.
