I have been to this business multiple times and never been disappointed. It was nothing like the review Eva T left. Based on my numerous interactions, my only comment is this woman must be a real Karen. Looking at other reviews she has left, it only confirms that label. The $3.00 credit card service charge is not only normal in this line of work, it tends toward the lower end of the charges expected at other massage businesses. I feel so lucky to have found this hidden gem! Legit, well trained massage therapists for half the price of Western spas. (Make sure you tip well, they deserve it!) Jasmine helped me get through my pregnancy (up until 3rd trimester, they stop massages then due to various health risks) and recover after my c-section. I continue to see her for ongoing treatment for muscle tension and just to force myself to relax from my hectic lifestyle. Jasmine’s English is great, so it’s easy to communicate any special needs with her. She’s willing to work on problem areas or adjust pressure softer or harder. I've seen a few therapists at this spa in recent years. I have my favorites, but each therapist here has given me caring, skilled, professional service. It's always a happy day when I have time to make it to New Moon!
