The OC training studio is a great place. Adam is an experienced instructor and extremely good with all ages. He teaches wide variety martial arts skills, and also brings in valuable life lessons that apply outside the dojo. It is extremely affordable.

Both of my kids (ages 8 and 10) have been going to OC Training Studios (formerly Well Rounded Heroes) and are really enjoying it. Master Adam Zax and his staff have all been fantastic. We love the personalized attention that my son and daughter receive in every single class, and they both ask if they can go every single day. We are enjoying the smaller family type of atmosphere, along with the casual and welcoming environment here. My kids have both gained a lot of self confidence in the past few months, and enjoy the variety and combination of martial arts offered. From Well Rounded Heroes Academy Of Martial Arts

Well Rounded Heroes is a 501C3 nonprofit supporting OC training Studios in San Juan Capistrano (octrainingstudio.com). At OC Training Studio we teach martial arts, magic and illusions, and music (drum lessons) at whatever fees our customers can afford. Serving our local community as well as veterans, active military, first responders. We are the only brick-and-mortar magic and illusion school in orange county. How are martial arts schools teach many different parts from Shaolin Kempo Karate to jujitsu, Aikido, tai chi and kung fu. All classes taught by high ranking masters, with decades of training and expertise.
