I went to see Dr Kerwin for mild yet frequent headaches and some neck pain. He is gentle and thorough. I got up and had almost instant relief and less heaviness in my head. My brain fog feels clear. Neck and shoulder tension had been bothering me and that part of the adjustment was loudest and afterwards everything feels stronger and more relaxed now. I’m a Happy camper:)

Dr. Sten has measured accuracy when it comes to nailing what was needed for me. I have a recovering knee, and L4 - L5 disc compression, and right hip weakness. Coupled with poor sleep and stress, Dr. Sten performed spinal manipulation and leg adjustments at multiple points where he knew lasting immediate results would occurred.- They did!Most amazingly, he not only uses methods of Muscle testing but also suggested nutritional supplements that made a huge difference in my sleep and stress (coupled with daily yoga and meditation)!
