I went to see Dr Kerwin for mild yet frequent headaches and some neck pain. He is gentle and thorough. I got up and had almost instant relief and less heaviness in my head. My brain fog feels clear. Neck and shoulder tension had been bothering me and that part of the adjustment was loudest and afterwards everything feels stronger and more relaxed now. I’m a Happy camper:)

Dr Sten Kerwin, goes above and beyond with muscle testing each patient to find the perfect adjustment for them individually. He's readily available and you always leave better than when you came in.He's located in San Juan Capistrano where there is plenty of parking. Do your body a favor and make an appointment to he a better and healthier you.

Dr. Sten has measured accuracy when it comes to nailing what was needed for me. I have a recovering knee, and L4 - L5 disc compression, and right hip weakness. Coupled with poor sleep and stress, Dr. Sten performed spinal manipulation and leg adjustments at multiple points where he knew lasting immediate results would occurred.- They did!Most amazingly, he not only uses methods of Muscle testing but also suggested nutritional supplements that made a huge difference in my sleep and stress (coupled with daily yoga and meditation)! It was a relief to find Dr. Sten, and I highly recommend him.

Best Chiropractor I have ever been to. He is the most through. Dr. Kerwin is also an applied kinesiologist, doing nutritional response muscle testing. I live 2500 miles away and count Dr. KERWIN is one of our best and favorite doctors.

Dr. Bartz is life-changing as he has been able to correct the chronic pain that I have been dealing with for years. After having multiple visits I can most definitely say I am mentally and physically in a much better state. He was super informative on what I must do for maintenance as it was foundation training or a super beneficial nutrition guide. Overall he is an amazing Dr and it has truly changed my life for the better.

i’ve been dealing with sinus issues (mainly) and some stomach issues as well for several years with no relief. When I found this doctor, he was able to help get my sinuses in order and no more stomach issues. I threw away all my allergy medicine and have been doing the supplements and diet that he suggested.
