Honestly they do an amazing job. Haven't found grooming to this perfection in a long time. But the prices are super high!

I have a little Corgi and this was her first profesh grooming!! Once I got the correct phone number, everything was a breeze. Appt, payment, pickup and drop-off. She smells like a dream and looks like one, too. Thanks for being among the businesses in San Juan Cap that contributes to everyone's quality of life

Grizzly, my 8 month old Scottish Terrier had his first full grooming with Delilah. We have had many Scottie over the years and have also showed some of our dogs. We chose not to show any longer and asked for a pet clip. I’m very happy with the job she did and Grizzly was happy with her. I made my next appointment immediately. See you soon.

I don't usually write bad reviews... in fact, this may as well be my first one ever. I am leaving 1 star only because the groomer herself (Shelby) did a good job grooming my dogs. If it wasn't for her, I would leave zero stars. I recently moved to SJ Capo with my family and my two small dogs (a mini Yorkie and a small Cavapoo. I found out about Adorable Pet Grooming on yelp and was excited to give it a try, even though, I felt skeptical of their need to lock clients in by charging a $50 non-refundable deposit fee just to book an appointment over the phone. During the call, they informed me that as a new client, I could reschedule the appointment only once - 24 hours prior to it. On the day of my appointment and during the drop-off, I was only told that the appointment would take approximately 4 hours. The appointment was at 11:30, but I was 10 minutes late, which they said wasn't a problem. So, by the time the groomer took my dogs in to start their baths, it was between 11:55am and noon. The groomer chatted with me via text again around 1pm regarding my desired hair styles versus what was manageable. At 2:39pm, they sent me another text saying... it looked like my dogs will be done by 3:45pm and that they would be closing right after. I didn't read this text until after I received the next one, because my daughter was using my iPhone for music from the time I picked her up from school at 2:25pm until about 3:30pm. The next one read... "Hi! It is now 3:50pm, 5 minutes past our closing time. Per our policy, any dog picked up after 4:00 will be charged a $45 late pick up fee. Thank you! " I read both messages right at 3:50pm and quickly responded explaining what happened and saying I was on my way. I arrived at the spa at 4:05pm. I reminded "Ashley," the woman helping me, that this was my first time using their services and that up until the text she sent me at 2:39pm, nowhere in their communications with me, they had mentioned a closing time of 3:45pm and much less, that they charged a $45 fee for dogs that stayed passed 4pm. Her response was... "that is our policy. You are 20 minutes late and 5 minutes past 4pm, so I have to charge you." I asked her where, if anywhere, is the store policy displayed on her store and/or was it ever sent to me? I also asked her... besides the text she sent me 2:39pm where else was her closing time posted? She replied, "here...." as she picked up a business card flipping it to show me it's back. It was listed on the back of a business card but no where in clear sight. Bear in mind, that was my first time there and no, I had not taken nor been offered one at any point during the 20 minutes I spent there earlier dropping off my dogs. Dismissively, Ashley went on to charge me the additional $45 for the 5 minutes past 4pm, and my bill, for 2 shaved small dogs, was $220 plus a tip of $44 = $264. It's obvious that this place prays on any unfair opportunity to charge you extra!!! This is bad business antics at its finest! *** In response to the owner's lame reply: I'd like to add... on top of everything else, the owner is also untruthful. I didn't use bad words towards anyone and I didn't call anybody pathetic or sad. I also never threw my card at anybody or slammed the door! It's incredibly unprofessional and tasteless of the owner to go on fabricating stories to protect her image when she should be apologizing. I did say "this is pathetic..." rightfully referring to the situation and dismissive treatment that I received from her employee, who didn't offer an alternative solution or acted at all as if she sympathized with my issue. I informed her employee (Ashley) that she could charge me the fee (even though she never asked me), nonetheless, I also told her that I was extremely disappointed and would like to speak to the manager, to which she replied "she already left for the day." Then, I stated that I was going to leave the business a bad review describing exactly what happened

My dog is scared and feisty when it comes to grooming. So I was apprehensive at first to take her to get cleaned and a haircut.I usually do it myself. But someone recommended this spot to me so I brought my little dog in. She looked like a new dog haha, so clean and the haircut was good. This is my go to spot now! I would recommend you take your dog here if you want a professional to handle your dog with care as they did with mine.10/10
