This review is entirely for customer service. I initially started the process last year and got in contact with Chris. Gave me a very detailed info. Come registration for some technical reason we were unable to register. Got in touch with Chris and he helped me out on how to register for the upcoming series. I registered my kid and she is in. For any company or program to do well, customer service is very important area. Chris was very good with being professional, good communication and answering calls and returning voicemails. Looking forward yo my kid having fun and learning things from this program.
