This company goes above and beyond! I called from Texas needing a model number for my Thermador oven that could not be found and noticed on their website they had the exact model. I was sent the model number at no charge and they checked back with me . Outstanding personal service and ethics. Highly recommend!
I'll keep this short and simple. If you're looking for affordable appliances for your home, this is THE spot. Fridges, washer, dryer, whatever it is, they have very affordable options and great service. This shop is a mom & pop kind of store and it's more than anyone could ask for. If you have trouble with your appliances, this store also provides maintenance services. Lesly will take care of you from A to Z. I WILL be back!Thank you guys for your help!
Tony and his son along with Leslie and their helpful are great. Found a good deal on a used wall oven. Very clean product. Tested it before it went out. Between the 2 San Jose locations, there is s nice selection. Definitely fair business practices. I recommend them.
