Dry one out was assigned to us after a water damage claim. We are very happy with their service, they were very accommodating followed instructions very well and we're always willing to go the extra mile. We were working with Gilbert and he was very good at keeping us informed of what was going on. He answered any questions I had and called back immediately when I called him. We worked with Alberto and Martine for most of the project and they were very respectful and followed instructions well. Our insurance company connected us with Dry1Out Restoration for mitigating the water damage to the hardwood floor resulting from a leak in the roof during the severe California rainstorms in early 2023. Dry1Out did an excellent job with diagnosing the water damage and drying out the hardwood floor. They were easy to communicate with and were also very responsive to all our queries. We would definitely recommend Dry1Out to anyone who needs their services.

I had a water pipe burst in the wall between my bedroom and bathroom. Dry1 Out sent out Alberto and Martin to assess and address this problem. They were very professional and personable and pleasant to have in my house during their work. They kept me informed about their findings and the work that needed to be done. They were considerate of protecting by house from dust and dirt during their demolition work. I would definitely use their services again.
