I am beyond pleased... My hot water heater was not working and we tried to call many other businesses before finding this one. Dan came out within 15 minutes or less after I called and found the problem which turned out to be excessive dust.... I am so grateful and if I ever have another issue I know who to call!!!!!
EXCELLENT SERVICE from start to finish! I called about my water heater and had the owner, Dan, out the same day to check it out .. let me know the issue and had him and his crew out the very next day to install a new water heater.. Work was done very quickly. Crew was very friendly, showed and explained everything to me. I mentioned I had a clog in my kitchen sink making pressure low and Dan and a co-worker looked at it for me and unclogged it within minutes. Absolutely amazing customer service! I will return with any needs I have in the future and will 10000% recommend to anyone in need of services.
We had a serious leak in front of the house. We believed it was under the driveway. Dan came out, assessed the situation and believed he could get to the leak with minimal work, and without having to break any of the concrete. Not only was he able to get to the leak, we quickly realized there was some poor work initially done on the pipes when the house was built. Dan fixed the leak, and made some improvements at the same time. He was very professional, his work was excellent and he was quick but not careless.
