I was visiting from a different state and visited this location. I get massages regularly. Angie gave me the best massage I have ever had. She is clearly so passionate about helping people. I felt so much pain relief after the massage. The front office staff was great as well.
Overall this place is great, have not had a bad experience. I have been to other locations and was always a bit disappointed, this location has been amazing. After coming back today I think I have found my go to masseuse. Diem has been amazing both times I had a message with her. My lower back and shoulders feel great after both messages. Will definitely be scheduling with Diem for my next massage.
I've gotten many massages from several places.. Burke Williams, those Asian spots.. etc. To say the least, this was my first time ever at massage envy and I've had the BEST customer service and the best masseuse ever. Let's get into it! I was greeted instantly by a professional front desk staff by name of Summer who went over the details of my massage, led me to the bathroom, the waiting area and showed me where the beverage station was (teas, waters, Etc.) What a warm introduction already! The waiting area is relaxing with dimmed lights, mellow music... this begins the journey into 60 minutes of vacation.. Rose was the best masseuse I've ever had in my life! (Let's make her rich but also don't book her out, save some for me?) She led me to the massage room, confirmed the areas of my body that needs attention, and gave me time to change. The bed is WARM!! Once the massage started, Rose checked in frequently with me to see if I was comfortable with the pressure and pillow placements. She took her time to focus on the areas of pain... and tucked the sheets so no cold air could disturb my state of relaxed and REM sleep aka the best space. I didn't even know I had lower back pain as a 32 year old until Rose. Upon checking out, Summer asked me how the massage went and offered services to me - she was very knowledgeable. After the warm welcome from both Summer and Rose, I obviously signed up for a membership. Thank you, Rose!! You don't know this but my first time with you... I was really burnt out from work and after our massage, I took a 6 hour nap and was able to resume work. This second time, you reassured me that I could go snowboarding again because you're around to heal. See you soon!!!
