Avoid this business for Bosch appliances. Bosch had a 6 week lead time for appointments so I went with one of their approved service providers. After surveying our microwave and KNOWING we were going to be selling our house in a month he said it was NOT fixable that the board was " fried". he also recommended we rip,out the microwave (it was a combo microwave oven unit). We were charged $165 even though the service call was supposed to be $100 - he never fixed or did anything. Luckily I forgot to cancel the Bosch appt, and the tech easily was able to fix it, he was shocked the approved service provider told me a bold faced lie. Richard is a pro. He immediately figured out the issue with our dishwasher and fixed the problem. He showed us what to do if the problem reoccurs and how to prevent it. We are grateful to Richard for repairing our dishwasher and providing excellent service. I highly recommend his repair services. It is great to know there is a service repair professional out there who actually knows what he is doing.

This was the SIXTH company we had out to repair our dryer, and the ONLY company who we felt knew exactly what they were doing. Bosch dryer kept giving errors and stopping after 5 minutes, such that it was faster to dry the clothes on the wire line than in the dryer. These folks came out, diagnosed a broken water pump, had to order it, and were back within 3 days I think to install it. It's been one solid year (this was August of 2021) and still no problems. I always wait a long time to write repair reviews because I need to know that the repair will last. At one year later, I can say this was a 100% successful repair. Thank you folks!!
