This is smaller Kaiser hospital with many buildings. The staff could be more warm and helpful especially the admission entrance. The staff there is less interest in you than their work. However, the service is always above average. The audiologist came out to lead you to the office.
It was good to see many care providers, including Dr. Collins. All of them were patient with my son and met him where he was in his journey to make sure the pre-diabetes doesn't become Diabetes. Highly recommend KP and their pro-active programs such as Heal for Families, and Pivio to Thrive!
I was so impressed with how thorough Dr. Moreno was in my daughter’s well child/ athletic clearance appointment. She asked lots of good questions to get to know my daughter and requested an X-ray and bloodwork to get a better view of my daughter’s health. I also really appreciated how she directed the questions toward my daughter to encourage my teen to take responsibility for her own health. All around great experience!
