This is the second time I have had Russell come out and work on my refrigerator. The first time he fixed a leak inside, and this time he was very creative in re-installing a wheel that came off my refrigerator. He was professional, very knowledgeable and solved both of my problems quickly.

Russell is extremely knowledgeable and was able to fix my issues with my Kitchenaid dishwasher right away. I didn't have to wait for an appointment and was able to get my issues fixed pretty much next day. I'll definitely be calling again whenever my appliances fail!

GE Profile Refrig freezer section failed. Received a response call/text same day I called and Tech Russell was out next day. Russell was excellent in diagnosing the fridge problems, failing compressor, water dispenser coil line in fridge ice frozen in the line and finally ice maker water relay failed. Although it took a number of visits, Russell repaired all of the items in rapid succession to my satisfaction. And to top it off, the VERY reasonable repair costs saved me from the much higher cost of a new fridge. I heartily recommend Hertzfield Appliance Repair/Russell .
