We closed on our first home today after exactly 10 days!! We were already in contract with a different lender for 2 weeks before reaching out to Nhan when we needed a second option in case something happened. Despite the fact that we might end up staying with the original lender, Nhan got to work immediately on a Friday night and was able to let us know our options.
