For Joanna, it was my first time here, I got there early, and didn't have to wait long at all, she called me in and made me feel comfortable with the whole experience, of course it hurt, but her talking to me the whole time took my focus away from the pain, with all this being said, I reccomend going to her when you come here. I had such an amazing first experience at European Wax Center! I was honestly really nervous going into my first wax appointment, but from the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming and kind. My wax specialist, Inez, made me feel completely comfortable, safe, and reassured throughout the entire process.
She was very professional, patient, and explained everything step by step, which helped calm my nerves so much. She created such a positive and judgment-free environment, and I truly appreciated how caring and understanding she was during my appointment.
