There's a focus touch massage therapist Ben that changes my life each time I get a chance to see him. Its been less frequent due to distance but its always worth the trip.
It feels not only physical therapy but mental therapy. All the stress I was carrying in me is almost instantly gone.
The process can hurt but the pain you might feel during the session is definitely worth the pain you'll loose.
I can move and walk again like a person.

I had a great experience with Bryan at Dao Acupuncture. He did a great job explaining what he was doing and why. I came away feeling much less tightness in my lower back and I will definitely be heading back in the future.
