By far, the best decision I have made in my adult life was to join Nancy's studio. Nine months later, I am happier, healthier, fitter and 14 lbs lighter. Don't second guess this choice: Nancy, the crew, and the pilates gang have been nothing but welcoming and friendly since day 1! :)
