I finished my 100th Pilates. I started by introducing my friend, but I think it helps with my back pain. In my case, I think Pilates is more comfortable than other active exercises.

I’ve been practicing Pilates for over three years, and it’s been incredibly helpful in addressing my frozen shoulder and elbow issues. My instructor, Trupti, has been fantastic at focusing on improving my flexibility, strengthening underused muscles, and promoting muscle relaxation. She also emphasizes building core and leg strength and helps alleviate shoulder and neck tension caused by prolonged desk work.
