It was my first time getting a facial and I must say, not the experience I expected. The acne extraction hurt so bad, I wasn't sure if that's how it was suppose to be or not. The part where I got most annoyed about was they used Kleenex tissue to cover my eyes and constantly used Kleenex tissues to wipe my face. I'm not sure if I would go back.
I would give this place 2 stars cause they did the facial treatment not the full treat. They missed the cleaning massage step that I used to have before. It was 1 hr, but they just do the towels washing and go around to kill time. Will not come back at this location. So disappointed with my paying. Would not recommend people to come here.
