I was in a panic when my lawnmower wouldn't start. I thought I would have to buy a new one for $350 or more, or pay for an expensive repair. I looked for repair services online and came across Avery. I left a voicemail message and got a call back from Tony within 30 minutes. He walked me through the diagnostic process over the phone, and quickly identified the problem - the blade was blocked from turning. Once the blade was cleared, the mower started up again! 10 minutes of advice got me mowing again - at no charge! I am so grateful. I plan to have Tony come out and give my mower a tune up, just so I can shake his hand.
I have used Tony's services twice now. Such a great guy, very honest and very thorough as well. Fixed my carburetor and got my machine up an running fast. Im telling ya, you wont find a better person to have come fix your stuff.
Mr. Avery came to my house on time. Showed me how to maintain the mower if I ever have the problem again. That in itself shows his character. He shows you how to fix it and where to look. He was very friendly and professional. I would recommend this man and service to anyone that needs a mower repair. Thank you Mr. Avery.
