Chris, from Airtron Heating And Air Conditioning, recently performed routine inspection and cleaning of the Trane heat pump at our residence. He was very knowledgable of heat pump servicing, had a great attitude, and was easy to communicate with. His work was thorough and time consuming, even though the charges were not excessive. I will use Airtron for all servicing of our unit in the future!

We needed a new Furnace and AC, wanted to relocate our outdoor condenser / fan unit, and also wanted more return air and to add an additional supply vent to one of our rooms. Luis helped us understand the various options, picked an appropriate unit given our space constraints, and got everything installed really quickly. After running the system for a few days, we noticed a minor issue with one of the vents, and Luis had someone come out the next day to fix it (a quick 5 minute fix). We had a great experience with Airtron, and would highly recommend them!!

I evaluated and got bids from several HVAC contractors for a residential HVAC installation project, and going with Airtron worked out very well. Chris was a pleasure to work with. He was a very good listener and communicator, provided suggested alternatives along with his recommended approach, kept me informed throughout the process and was responsive to questions and requests along the way, and effectively managed expectations on timeframes and other project-related items.
