Such a great martial arts and fitness gym! ADF currently offers Kickboxing, Krav Maga, HIIT, and Filipino Martial Arts classes for adults/young adults Mon-Sat. ADF also recently added kids classes at 4:30 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Almost every month they also host seminars and yoga classes.The students are extremely welcoming and really push you to get your best workout in and improve your skills. The instructors have so much knowledge from different backgrounds and they really care about you and your martial arts/fitness journey--there's so much to learn from everyone.Definitely stop by and try a class!

What a gem of a community gym. They offer affordable classes in kick boxing, Krav maga, and Filipino martial arts. The coaches and students are friendly and welcoming. I walked in as a newbie to these sports two months ago and have been hooked ever since. The warm friendly and safe learning environment makes a great launching point for anyone considering one of these sports. Safety and good technique is paramount. The coaches Edgar and Woody are eager to help you learn the craft and help fuel your skill and self defense confidence. I am average build Asian women. Best place to learn self defense and get a good workout in! I feel taken care of by the experience students and the instructors are one of the most genuine people I have ever met. I've been to and seen different schools, but ADF is a gem. I don't always find places that keeps me in check or keep it real. It was scary at first for me, but ADF assured me a safe environment with controlled scene reenactment. If you want your protect yourself and those you love, do yourself a favor and check out ADF.
