Came to Miss Han after getting my haircut from 3AM salon next door and sat down and the lady that was doing my nails was immediately not in a good mood, whatever, I continue to tell her what I want, she’s removing my previous nails, as we’re in the process of removing , I see two workers available and asked politely if I could have two people working on me hands and feet because I’m in a bit of a rush, she said I’m going to do both for you, I said I’d pay more since I’m in a rush, she said it’d be 10$ ok no problem. Then she proceeds to remove my nails and ask me what shape I want. I said round, I have square, she said $10 to change shape. Ok sure, then she said another $10 for something else and at this point I’m like fed up. You’re trying to charge me for everything, forget it. I let her finish my nails and went to C star nails where interestingly the girl that did my nails (Irene) used to work there and told me they DONT CHARGE for Nail shape change so my gut was right. I knew she was just charging me for everything. I don’t have a problem paying but you’re not going to cheat me or have a negative attitude towards me when I’m getting a service and paying. I got up , paid for the nail removal which was $10 LOL. Paid and left. Good bye, you lost a customer for being GREEDY and RUDE. Go to C star nails and ask for Irene, she’s great: not rude . Didn’t try to charge me for everything.

The customer service is just awful here. My daughter and I came in for pedicures and the girl at the front couldn't be bothered by us. I said, we can go somewhere else and all of a sudden, she must have realized she was being rude and was like, go ahead and take a seat. I'll find techs for you. The tech must have been upset that they made her do a pedicure because she didn't even pretend to be nice. She didn't even try to upsell any services, which is weird to me because every nail salon I've gone to, they want me to sell me every service possible. For a BASIC pedicure, she charged $60. I asked what it came with. $10 to remove gel polish. No hot towel, no foot massage, no scrub. All she did was trim my nails and put on gel polish. For $60. You are out of your mind. I could have went somewhere else for a spa package pedicure for $30, with much better service. We won't be returning here.

I wanted to share my wonderful experiences at Miss Han. My first appointment was two months ago, after being referred by my best friends who are regulars. I received gel X extensions for a manicure and a gel X pedicure, and I can confidently say it's the best set I've had in a long time.
I highly recommend asking for Meng Meng. Her attention to detail is incredible; the shape of my nails is absolutely perfect, and her cuticle work is meticulous. The gel polish from my first visit lasted two months without any chips or lifting, which is a huge win. Yesterday, Meng Meng removed my gel extensions and did an incredible job shaping my natural nails. I let her choose the color, and the result is stunning!
For my pedicure yesterday, I met with Irene, who is also very talented. She was patient, and I truly love her work.
Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Miss Han if you're looking for quality service in a clean, professional environment 🩷

The worst experience I’ve had in my entire 10 years of getting my nails done. The nail stylist, Nina—please remember this name—was extremely disrespectful throughout the service. She visibly made faces when I asked to try just 2–3 colors, and even threw the color bottles onto the table in front of me.
As for the result, please refer to the photo. I was shocked to see that the nail lengths are inconsistent—not only across each hand, but even between my left and right hands. Isn’t achieving even nail length the most basic standard for a nail stylist?
This level of unprofessionalism and poor craftsmanship is completely unacceptable.

This salon does pristine work— the attention to detail on your nails is seriously top of the line. I have gone for Gel x mani twice and a pedicure and both times the nail techs were extremely detail-oriented. I really appreciate this salon and they do beautiful nails. Totally recommend

Angela did such an amazing job on my lashes! She is very patient, gentle, and really cares about the details. The whole process was super comfortable, and my lashes look so pretty and natural. I booked an appointment for builder gel after my mom had an amazing experience here, so I was really looking forward to it. While the staff was friendly and welcoming, my experience unfortunately didn’t meet expectations.
At the start, I showed my technician a photo of the design I wanted (french tips with a flower accent on the ring fingers). She said okay and chose the colors. When she filed my nails down quite short, I asked if the french tips would still look good, and she said “probably not,” so I decided for solid color with the flower accent instead.
As she applied the builder gel, she worked one nail at a time and alternated hands in the UV light, which made it hard for me to see how thick the gel was becoming. After several attempts to draw the flower design, she wasn’t able to get it right, so I eventually said to skip it and just go with solid color on all nails.
I completely understand if a design isn't doable, but I really wish she had communicated that from the beginning. I left with a result that looked nothing like what I initially asked for. Unfortunately, the gel was so thick and uneven that I had to get my nails redone just three days later.
I paid over $65 for a service I was unhappy with. Maybe it was just an off day, but I left feeling disappointed and frustrated.
