Two weeks after my surgery, I was dealing with a lot more than just pain from the surgical wounds. I had really bad neck pain, low back pain, pelvic pain, insomnia, headache, constipation for six days, and frequent urination that caused me to wake up 1 to 3 times every night to use the restroom. I was taking oxycodone every six hours just to keep the pain under control. At my one week follow up, my surgeon suggested acupuncture for systemic issues. That’s when I decided to see Dr. Chen, and I am so glad I did.
During my visit, he asked a lot of medical related questions to understand my condition. He was very attentive and explained why he placed needles on certain pressure points. He also used a machine to apply electrical stimulation on some of the points to enhance the results. The treatment was very thorough and he treated me from head to toe.
I was exhausted yesterday and didn’t feel much different right away, but the results surprised me this morning. After days of taking stool softeners and drinking prune juice with no success, I was finally able to go. Even more amazing, my pelvic pain was completely gone. I couldn’t walk on my own yesterday and had to use a wheelchair because of the pain. This morning, I was able to take a few small steps by myself.
On top of that, Dr. Chen helped with my frequent urination and sleep. I slept through the night without getting up to use the restroom, which has not happened in a while. I honestly don’t know what he did, but it felt like a miracle.
His cash price is $160 per treatment, and it was absolutely worth it. I value my health more than anything, and this was money well spent. I don’t think I need to say more about how good Dr. Chen is. Thank you, Dr. Chen!!!

I came to Doctor Chen through triwest and I'm so lucky . He's so nice and caring ! He also was gentle and kind in his manner applying the treatment to my legs . I can't wait to go back ! His office is air conditioned , clean and quiet . His session is so relaxing . I recommend him to anyone in pain , and if I could put more stars , I would !

Dr. Chen was recommended to me by a friend who has tried many acupuncturists throughout the state and said he was the best. He is not judgmental, has great bedside manner and makes you feel comfortable. He actually cares about his patients and listens to your concerns. Needles are scary to me but honestly I don't even feel most of them when Dr. Chen does his treatment. I have seasonal allergies and have not been able to breathe through my nose for many years. In one visit he was able to treat the issue and I was able to breathe through my nose for the whole weekend!! Of course I understand it's about the process but I have noticed a better quality of breathing since I've started treatment. He caters each treatment to your issues so each visit may be different according to what you need. This last visit he was able to release a lot of tension and issues I didn't even know I had! I pay out of pocket and drive 4 hours for each appointment so you know he's the real deal. Don't forget TCM is about solving the actual issue and not just putting a bandaid on it so it may take a few sessions time. I hope he's able to help you as much as he's helped me!

I was having long haul covid symptoms since this summer that were getting worse with winter weather - coughing, wheezing, phlegm and feeling weak in my chest generally. I went to Jeremy and he worked on my lung and spleen points, adding some cups on my shoulders to draw it out of my lungs. Well, I woke up today with no symptoms whatsoever!! Now I'm kicking myself for not going to Jeremy sooner. I haven't met a more talented acupuncturist. Btw - When I lived in San Francisco, I had a similar issue with wheezing lungs due to the wet cold weather and it took acupuncturists at the local school (ACTCM) months to get some relief and it still wasn't complete. So I'm really grateful to get this kind of care now.
