Spent over two hours on hold across five calls waiting for an advice nurse to pick up. Was disconnected repeatedly. When I eventually got through, I was informed (two days late) that the clinic ordered my son’s urgent test incorrectly so it will need to be repeated if we want the results. Extremely disappointing and careless.

We’ve always had a good experience here over 9 years now. We were recently treated same day and 2 min wait time, and got in office rapid tests and results and treatments on the spot. We were thankful for the advice nurse’s care over the phone as well and the AVS was detailed to bring to primary care the following day. Thank you!

Very helpful when my 2 year old was having breathing difficulties. Not sure why this place only has 1.9 stars. Highly recommend.

The doctor is unkind and insincere to explain, and I decided to change the pediatric to another hospital

I took my barely 6-month-old daughter here for a respiratory infection with fever. It's been 2 years since that visit and I'm still furious with the physician we saw there, who was not only dismissive but shoved a nasal swab up my baby's nose so hard she bled -- we had no warning this was about to happen. I wish I'd reported this back then, but I was more concerned about my daughter's breathing. (She had to have nebulizer treatments at the ER, but has long since recovered from this illness.) Haven't been back since, and would never recommend to anyone.

Interminable wait and very poor service. I’d give it zero starts if I could.

Not urgent care, no walk-ins. Turned away at the door. Appointments "strongly encouraged" should read "by appointment only."

Fairly disappointing experience here, we've always felt confident when visiting other UCSF locations, however, the pediatrician at this location was dismissive and non-committal to any logical discussion path on a chronic cold issue. I wont specifically name, although I feel I should...

We had an appointment at 6pm and had to wait until 7:05pm to be seen by the nurse and then wait another 30 minutes for the doctor. I understand it is flu season but having kids wait so long when sick is not ideal, beside it is certain that you (parent) will walk away sick given the crowded waiting room full of germs. why even bother giving us "an appointment"?

RUDE. Lady on the phone cut me off half sentence.
