If you are buying a home or thinking about buying a home talk with Sam Lee. Sam Lee has a can do attitude, is smart and knows what it takes to get your offer accepted. Sam also does construction lending.
I have referred clients to Sam Lee when buying a home - one client in particular responded that it was a new process, and he was overwhelmed by how much information and paperwork was involved, but Sam walked him through what to expect and continued to check in with this client throughout the whole process, "Sam made it easy and was a pleasure to work with."
