My expereince with Tech Brains was textbook poor customer service. It was incredibly difficult to communicate with our project manager (he couldn't answer simple questions), deadlines were missed, and the project took twice as long as promised. And within 3 months after the website was complete, there were glitches. Now, 7 months after completion, our website is completely unfunctional with no help from the company.
