I took my mom’s Samsung note 10+ to a Samsung store in Palo Alto . It had a cracked screen but no issues with the display . Samsung explained that the fix should be an hour and we can continue using that phone . We get a call later and now Samsung is telling us that the mother board is broken and the Samsung phone doesn’t turn on and on top of that the screen has gotten worse.This phone had all my mom’s information on there . This was tragic . We bring the phone to mar van and he takes the phone apart and notes that it was the Samsung employees that made it worse. I need to replace the charging port on my iPad. I made an appointment and was a bit early. No problem. I found Marvan to be friendly and professional. He gave me a price of what it would cost. A fair price for the work needed. He texted me about an hour later and let me know it was done! Great guy ! Would us him again in a heart beat!

Marvan is very thorough. He went through a detailed inspection of my phone and eventually got my phone revived. Had to change my motherboard which he even knew how to do. Recommended. Will return for more services
