Kaiser Permanente San Francisco Medical Center Cardiology

The cardiologists and nurses are excellent but discharge pharmacists was not through with the medication. Can’t contact anyone since everything is closed and no one to contact! Having a heart surgery is difficult enough but not given all the necessary medications along with required over the counter medications aren’t provided. . Trying to contact personal regarding the prescribed medication extremely difficult after hours. Discharge took forever! . Extremely difficult and frustrating!!!!

I had the unfortunate need to stop by here last Friday night. My friend was having an acute pain issue and I was with her. Lucky for her, I'm a nurse lol. So we had to figure what insurance she had and headed to Kaiser on Geary! We arrived sometime around 11pm and had to drive up a tiny ramp, which is a bit confusing and off putting. When you get to the main entrance the ambulance bay is TINY, like... maybe 1-2 can fit in there. I got out and a security guard asked me what I was there for. They boast about how they have their Dr app yet you can't email your doctor or message anyone so I just had a doctors appointment and he wanted me to let him know how things were going he said just send me a message. There is no way to send your dr an email or anything. I've been trying for over an hour and this is the fourth time I've tried there's nowhere on the app. You can email your doctor even in the message center even though there's other emails from the doctor and you in the message center when you press send message it doesn't give you the option to send a message to your doctor.
