I just finished a several-month remodel of a rental apartment, and I recommend Jon without reservation. He communicated clearly and thoroughly, offered useful advice regarding price and materials, and managed to complete the project early - and this was over the holidays and during Covid! He was mindful of pandemic-related safety precautions and respectful of the downstairs neighbors. I'm very pleased with the work he did, and he'll be the first person I call if we have any construction projects in the future.
