    For decades I've had extreme pain and tightness in my lower back and hip joints. My mobility has been limited. Despite my pain, and even though I'm in my 60s, I still enjoy lifting weights, high intensity training and playing soccer, which takes a huge 3-day toll on my back and hips. I have been to physicians, physical therapists, massage therapists, chiropractors and acupuncturists. They all have helped in small, temporary ways. I am aware of the relationships among strength, mobility and pain and I do exercises, yoga and stretching to try to improve my conditions.     I've been training with Daivya for almost a year. I started working out with her prior to my pregnancy and I'm still working out with her as I head into my final few weeks before motherhood! Daivya is an experienced trainer who is able to modify workouts based on needs. She understands anatomy and knows how to target specific areas or how to stay away from others, for instance when I had some minor back pain related to pregnancy or when my hips were tight pre-pregnancy. She's been a great pre-natal trainer and I plan to pick up where we left off after this baby is born!

    I train with Daivya and she is AMAZING. I have a bad back, ankles, feet, etc and she consistently designs my workouts to accommodate/work with my weak spots. She's helped me get in shape and taught how me to take better care of my joints/muscles/overall health. She knows what she's doing, she loves what she does, and she's fun to work out with!
