Andy is a great person to work with; he's flexible, responsible, and knowledgeable. I worked with Fay Construction as a Subcontractor on a few projects already. Owners are always amazed by his work. I as a G.C. recommend him as a General contractor.

I cannot recommend Andy Fay more highly. He is just fantastic to work with - the work is top notch, and he is just an all-round, professional, wonderful human being. Andy and his crew remodeled our little Victorian house that needed a new foundation and new everything, with the exception of 2 rooms. Now our home is gorgeous, and we couldn't be happier! I'm so grateful to Andy for our beautiful home.

We worked with Andy Fay on a full home remodel in San Francisco. He came recommended from my realtor, and we had a great experience working with him. He worked closely with our architect from the beginning of our project, and was responsive, friendly, and most importantly did great quality work and stayed within budget.
