Brian is extremely knowledgable in his arts. The cues he gives just clicks for me and addresses problems I've had for so long. He gives individualized variations for all levels as well as hands on assistance. You know how rare this is if you‘ve been to a few studios.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for thoughtful instruction and a supportive environment.

I’ve been coming here for three months and it’s been great. I’ve never been to a yoga studio where the teacher consistently corrects your form to make sure you’re engaging the right muscles and preventing injuries. I’m recovering from ACL reconstruction, and coming here regularly has really helped with rebuilding my stability. I also see other people with injuries or mobility issues, and Brian is great about offering modifications so you can get the most out of the practice while minimizing risk.

Body Tonic SF is a life saver and a safe space for selfcare. I live in San Leandro but pet/house sit in SF every summer, and the studio has been a refuge for me and. something I look forward to. Although, Im still a beginner, Brian is patient and meets me where I am, gently guiding, helping me get stronger. Im appreciative of the patience, grace and kindness shared by everyone at the studio, but especially by Brian. Don't believe me? Sign up and find out.
