I called Gregory yesterday because my computer suddenly had no internet or network connectivity. Despite being out of town on family matters, Gregory took me through a number of steps to try to resolve the issue. I appreciated his caring support and the clarity of his communication as we worked toward a solution. He clearly wanted to figure out what was going on with my computer and called or emailed to check in after giving me the next possible fix. We expect to be using Gregory in the future to review and update our systems.

Gregory has been our local support at YogaWorks and Yoga Tree for the past five years. He is an incredible resource and always goes above and beyond. He makes himself available to help out with a range of technical needs and problem solving. The attention to detail and care with which he demonstrates is very rare. Gregory takes his time and explains what he is doing (which is equally important in knowing you can trust his opinion). I can say that he is the best you will find in SF!

Gregory was hired by our company a few months ago and we are so glad he's on board! He always goes above and beyond to solve our IT problems and prepares us for anything we might run into down the line. He is always quick to respond, usually within the hour and has been a pleasure to work with. It's great having someone local that is always willing to go the extra mile for us. Highly recommended!
