Dr.Hewes provided exceptional care and attention to our senior dog with cancer, by taking the time to understand the questions to which the answers we were looking for. She understood and respected our objective in taking the most ethical and educated decision for our girl guided by science. She took the time and effort to help us understand the CT scan preliminary findings in great depth, we were full of questions and she patiently answered all of them without dismissing perhaps even the most ignorant of our questions. I couldn’t be more grateful for the care Dr. James gave to my cat, Bane. From the moment we walked in, he was calm, compassionate, and incredibly thorough. Bane can be a bit anxious during vet visits, but Dr. James handled him with such gentleness and patience that it made the entire experience so much easier for both of us.
He explained every part of the exam clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt informed and reassured. It’s not always easy to find a vet who combines clinical expertise with genuine kindness , but Dr. James does exactly that. Thanks again James !
