Been going here 8 years and I love it !!! The best teachers, classes and the cleaniest studios. I strongly recommend! Has changed my body, mind and helped my sprained ankle injury. I will always come here as long as I live in San Diego.. the best for a reason !!!!

This location is my go-to when I get off work, conveniently located for sure. I've actually waited for my prescription to be filled from CVS next door. Never had problems with PARKING, it's free !I've taken Sammie's Monday, noon All Level class multiple times, she is the greatest and my favorite instructor, so far, she's very knowledgeable and she pushes everyone to their limit ( in a good way).. "It's gonna shake, it's gonna burn" I'd recommend taking a few classes with her.There are sufficient REFORMERS for everyone, I've actually booked a class an hour before the scheduled time and got a spot. I signed up for a trial month one year ago when the new Mission Valley location opened. I flaked a bit at first trying to get motivated but could tell it helped with every muscle and ache I had. I then signed up for a one year contract.Now, one year later I have signed up for my SECOND year, Yes, it is that good for you and no I am not a gym rat. You just know that some things were meant to be and this place is for me. I highly recommend it if you have any old or new injuries that bother you.
