Jerry was so amazing with helping my parents in their older home. Jerry came right accessed the situation and explained everything to my elderly parents, and within a few hours they had a new water heater. I would recommend Payless Water heater to everyone! Prices are good and worth every penny!
Dustin was knowledgeable and patient with and and he took the time to explain the differences between the tankless and traditional gas water heater. No pressure from Dustin and we discussed prices and I received a quote a few minutes after he left.

The technician, Jerry, called ahead, arrived on time. He diagnosed the problem and presented me with several options. He answered all my questions and was also very knowledgeable about the specific details of my job. I was able to have him proceed with the replacement water heater in a timely manner.
