I’ve been going to this place for about a year now, maybe a little over. Obviously, I’m still going because I like the doctors and everything — they’re great. But the only thing is, they never answer the phone. I’ve been trying to call for the past three days, and they just don’t pick up. There’s no other phone number to reach them, which makes it really frustrating. 🤔🤔
I’ve been going here for over a year now & I love all the dermatologist, but recently they hired a new receptionist with not the best attitude. Other than that, this place is great.
Kimberly T Banh is a very nice human being and she does all she can to help her patients always. She treats me like she has known be my entire life. The office and assistants are also have treated me with respect and that is a place to go to. Being nice to one another can be a big part of skin getting better as well. Thank You.
