Dan is the absolute best. My husband found Dan years ago, and he is the only one who can even remotely help me with my long term pain management. There are days when I can barely walk due to lower back pain and sciatica, and Dan fixes me right up. His form of physical therapy is the most unique thing I have ever experienced. I have been to over 30 different physical therapists/massage therapists/chiropractors, acupuncturists, etc., over the past 15 years, and there is no one quite like Dan and his therapy. His facility is also amazing, with all sorts of extra services, such as red light therapy and cryotherapy.
I’ve had appointments with Dan and he is very knowledgeable and explains everything super clearly so that you leave with lots of information on how to actually improve your physical health. All the staff are very friendly and helpful as well.
I looked at several gyms with personal trainers. Melina wasn’t high pressured. They have so many options from message to PMF. The trainers are excellent. Sydney is fabulous. I have personally seen and feel the difference. Highly recommended. I went from having neck and knee issues to no pain. It was hard work. I was sore but what a difference. Highly recommended
