I have had chronic upper back and neck tightness for decades due to an accident from when I was a kid. Had my first acupuncture/ART treatment yesterday, already notice a huge difference. If you are considering this just try it, I was made to feel completely at ease. Michael was more conservative with me as my body can have an adverse reaction, but honestly I only feel relief in my neck and upper traps, can’t wait for my next session.
