I want to give a shout out to Eric, whose been my go-to computer repairman and computer mentor for the last two years.Eric is really smart, hard working, patient, persistent, and willing to think outside of the box to address my computer issues. In addition, he's a great teacher! He's been happy to teach me how to use my computer in more sophisticated ways, so that I'm able to be, and feel, computer literate for the first time in my life.
