If you live in, or are visiting La Jolla, this is the best yoga studio. Amanda and Carolina have built an amazing studio with an excellent location, exceptional teachers, a range of classes for every level. It's the perfect place to practice!
Buddhi Yoga is one of my favorite studios in San Diego. The studio owners have created such a kind and welcoming community. They offer a wide variety of classes both in person and online. There is a cute boutique in the lobby that always has new items and great sales. The studio offers unique workshops and teacher trainings throughout the year, and they even have a studio podcast! I can't say enough good things about this place and the two women who own it. I am so happy to have found this place!
